Payment

Payments are completed through Paypal. 

Canadian customers will be billed applicable taxes at time of purchase.

 

Shipping

We ship from Canada to the address you provide during checkout. 

Most earrings will ship within 7 business days of payment. Ready to ship (OOAK) items will ship within 2 business days. All other items are made to order and may take up to 3 weeks to ship. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Orders over $100 will be shipped Express Post which has insurance coverage up to $500 and tracking. Delivery is 2-3 business days to most parts of the USA. A signature is also required on delivery. Please advise if you wish to change your shipping options.

Orders over $500 may be shipped by UPS, or Express Post. You will be quoted on the rate according to where you live. Delivery is either overnight or 1 day delivery with UPS while Express Post is 2-3 business days. Signature is required on both services.

Canada Post Express (insurance/tracking): 

Canada $8-15* - USA $27 – International $50-65

UPS overnight (insurance/tracking):

Canada $35-40 - USA $65 -

If you wish to upgrade your shipping please let me know when you order. 

Customers are responsible for any extra taxes and duties that your Customs might claim.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me if you are not happy with your purchase.

All jewellery is GUARANTEED to be free from defects in craftsmanship and materials on delivery. Should the jewelry fail in craftmanship and/or materials, I will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.

Ready to ship jewellery that is not created as a custom order may be returned for REFUND, CREDIT or EXCHANGE within 7 days of date received as long as the item is in its original, unused condition, with no missing, broken, or exchanged stones and the finish of both metal and stone(s) is unscratched and unmarred. If the ring has been custom sized to fit you it can only be returned for a credit or exchange. Every piece that leaves our studio has been photographed for quality controlled purposes, and will be referred to when the item comes back. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

CUSTOM JEWELLERY IS FINAL SALE, AND NOT RETURNABLE. My guarantee is that the piece will match the final design you approved through detailed photos, including the dimensions, type of stone(s) and metals (gold or silver). Note that all handmade jewelry will differ slightly due to the nature of the craft and may include minor variations in the overall size of the piece(s) and/or minor differences in the stone colors and shape. 

If you wish to return a piece of jewellery, please contact us first. Return item(s) with an insured courier (USPS Insured, FedEx, UPS) and retain your shipping receipt. Please make note on your customs form and envelope that "ITEM BEING RETURNED TO MAKER FOR REPAIR". We are not responsible for item(s) lost or damaged in transit.

Earrings: In the interest of health and hygiene standards, all sales are final.

 

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please make sure you know your ring size. Do not guess or measure with a piece of string or tape measure. For the most accurate size you can go to any jewellery counter and ask for a measurement. 

Any resizing of finished rings will incur a $20-30 fee plus shipping.

Custom orders:
I enjoy working with my customers to create something unique but please read the following so you know what is involved. 

The custom order process for a new jewelry design starts with your convo or email. During this first phase I ask you to tell me something about the jewelry you want (the type, stones, metal or anything else important to you). I will send you a link to a design form questionairre to help answer our questions. To start a custom order enquiry follow this link...  Custom Order Information Form.

Once you have completed this form I will help you with the design phase by asking questions and making suggestions so the final design is what you have envisioned. The more information (links, photos, details) that you can give me the better.

I will make sure we cover the stones, size, metals, finish and an estimated price and delivery schedule.

The next step begins after I have a clear understanding of your design. We will post a listing on Etsy which will represent the deposit of 50% of the estimated quote. This deposit is non-refundable. Once I receive payment I will begin your design. The final balance is payable when you approve the final piece through detailed photos. Shipping will be approx. $65 by Fed-Ex/UPS, signature required. 

Please note that I do not work with customer supplied stones.

Layaway Plan: 
20% down with the option to pay in equal installments weekly or bi-weekly. Payments must be completed within 60 days. If for any reason payment cannot be completed, a refund less 10% of the value of the piece will be reimbursed.

Wear and Tear:
Jewelry is fragile and should be worn with care. Please do not wear your jewelry in the shower or during extreme physical activity. Pearls and softer stones such as turquoise are delicate and should not come into contact with perfumes or hairspray. Oxidation/discoloration can happen to most metals. Please keep your jewellery in a sealed baggy, or box.

Price and Orders Are Subject To Change and/or Cancellation

As the price of diamonds, gemstones and/or gold are constantly changing we reserve the right to cancel any and/or all orders placed on this website that we are unable to,and/or are unwilling to fill, for any reason at our sole and absolute discretion. You will be notified by email should your order have to be canceled.  If you are about to place an order for a large volume of items we suggest that you contact us for a price quote first.
